Physical properties of concrete field predetermine the form and structure of material object. Any field contains power informational constant which can be changed purposefully, using the certain technologies.

The theory of physical vacuum (PhV) and primary torsion fields (PTF), from physical positions, explains the mechanism of origin of material objects during the Universe. This theory represents physical vacuumas global, ubiquitous Superfield of the Universe.

The structure of the person physical body includes atoms and the molecules possessing by nuclear and nuclear spins. As spin there is a source of torsion fields (fields of spin) each cell of the person creates the torsion field.
It is necessary to note, that rotary movement accompanies with all phenomena in the nature from elementary particles up to the Universe as a whole. The functional generality of cells of all
organism orms the common torsion field.

Torsion fields generated by organic structures of biological objects, it is possible to name by biotorsion fields. There fore, the biofield of the person contains component, carrying field information about all organism. Thus the power field of an alive organism, that is its biofield, has complex structure. It includes practically all forms of energy known to physics.

Using physical properties of molecular structures to radiate the superweak static electromagnetic fields (EMF) including information component as primary torsion field of spinning object, I have transferred their information on substance the carrier (tin, wax, cxeopHH, ITSY, etc.), and have created bank of memory of information "matrixes" of various material structures (healthy and pathological changed tissues of organs, cytotoxic serums, microflora and its toxins, radionuclides, metabolites, homeopathic and allopathic means and many other field structures concerning to state of health of the person).

These information "matrixes" are submitted in patents of the Russian Federation and Ukraine as microresonant contours from which medical-diagnostic tests- cartridges which are included into bank of memory of various computer medical complexes are made.
Then, wave (field) information of these "matrixes" specially picked up on the device, by an author's technique, I transfer on destructered water which accepts quality of biologically active liquid (BAL). This liquid is accepted by the patient underthe special scheme. The information entered in BAL, determines medicalnesstherapeutic effect.

For example, at introduction in an organism of the HIV-infected patient informational-field component of !fmatrixesflof nucleinic acids of retrovirus of the person immunodeficiency, we managed to influence and break covalent communications between the nitrogenous bases (adenine-uracil; cytosine-guanine and ribose), and as diether connections between the phosphoric rests in RNA of these viruses.

Besides influence was carried out on ionic, hydrogen, vandervaalsed, hydrophobic and peptidic connections in molecules of enzyme of return transkriptase of retrovirus. As a result of the above-stated treatment we managed to stop the process of virus replication of AIDS in the person organism. In 70% of HIV-infected patients who are taking place under the dynamic control over special medical institutions within 5-7 years, it was possible to reach full restoration of the immune status, in 10% -negative results of polimerase chain reaction (PCR).
The method has passed clinical approbation in head treatment-and-prophylactic establishments of Ukraine, in the countries ofCUS, and has shown high efficiency both in diagnostics, and in information therapyduring 15 years of practical activities.
